I received excellent and friendly service today at the Little Rock location. I had two tires that needed to be patched due to picking up nails. Dropped my vehicle off on a busy Friday morning and had a coworker pick me up so I didn’t have to wait. I had barely gotten to my office and I got a call it was ready for pick up! Everyone was friendly and attentive. Will definitely use in the future!
I don't even know how to start - So I'll start with "this is the best customer service I have experienced in a decade" - at ANY type of store. We had a blowout on an RV and replaced with a spare. Drove into the Kanis Road store the next morning for a replacement. Ken literally walked out of the shop - Pointed to the spare, told me what they had and directed me where to park. The techs came out, removed the blown spare and quickly and competently replaced the new tire. Had the paperwork done and we were out the door in less than 15 minutes with a 10 ply quality tire at a great price. Fantastic. If we lived in Little Rock we'd make sure every one of our friends went there. Ken is clearly top of his game... Thanks...
I made it home safely on this cold, wet, gloomy night thanks to them. So glad they were still open when I got off work to discover I had a very low tire. They are conveniently located only 3 minutes from my job in downtown Little Rock. They took really good care of me and repaired my tire in no time! Thank you so much Discount Tire!
Great experience with good people. Had a mix up on tire selection and Lorenzo took care of it no questions asked. Tech that put on the tires took the time to discuss rotation and thanked me twice. 5 stars without a doubt.
Discount Tire & Brake at Kanis/Midtown is the place you need to be for any of your car/truck needs. They are professional in everything they do and put their customers needs first every time. I have been doing business with them since 2007 and Ken has helped my family so many times from getting us towed and then locating a place to send one of our vehicles to once he realized that he was not able to fix it. Who does that these days Discount Tire & Brake does!! He was so awesome and caring when my husband was in the hospital for a year and he knew I was driving back from the hospital and work everyday. He always made sure that my vehicle was in the best working order during that time. Who does that these days, Discount Tire & Brake does. So many people are leary of places they don't know these days but I tell everyone you don't have to worry about that. If you are not using them for your automotive needs you are missing out!!!
